Couscous Porridge

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rice milk
  • 1 1/3 cups couscous
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Bring the rice milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir in the couscous, raisins, cinnamon, and honey; return to a boil.

  3. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes; the porridge should be a bit soupy, so add more milk if needed.
