Creamy Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
  • 2 T finely chopped green onion
  • 2 t dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  • Milk (optional)
  • sliced green onions (optional)
  • Assorted cut-up vegetables
  • crackers
  • chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion and Italian seasoning with an electric mixer on low or until fluffy. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

  2. If dip is too thick after chilling, stir in 1 to to 2 tablespoons of milk. Spoon dip into serving bowl. If desired, garnish with green onions. Serve with vegetables and/or crackers or chips.
