Ingredients
- 8 T unsalted butter
- 1/2 c magple sugar plus 1 T for top
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 c all-purpose flour or ww pastry flour
Directions

at oven to 350.

Cream butter, sugar and salt.

On low speed mix in flour until dough is crumbly.

Press into a pie plate, up the sides and press edges w/fork.

Bake til pale gold…25 min.

Sprinkle w/sugar.
