Easy Chicken Pot Pie (for 2)

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c canned cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 c frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 c cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1/2 Bisquick mix
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  1. at oven to 400.

  2. In ungreased 1 quart cassserole, stir together soup and 1/2 c milk, stir in vegetables and chicken. Microwave uncovered on High 3 min. Stir.

  3. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.

  4. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
