Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • olive oil
  • salt

Directions

  1. Coat a baking dish with olive oil

  2. Toss Brussels Sprouts in olive oil

  3. Sprinkle with kosher salt

  4. Bake on 425 for half hour or so, until soft.
