Blueberry-Pomegranate Syrup

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  • 1/2 c pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 c dried blueberries
  • 1 c blueberry syrup
  • 2 t lemon juice


  1. In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and blueberries. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer for 3 minutes. Add syrup and juice; cook 1 minute or just until warm.
