Aunt Debbie’s Golden Pineapple Pudding

Ry’s Aunt Debbie makes this every Thanksgiving and I looove this! So happy she gave me the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 slices of white bread with crust
  • 1 TBSP. flour
  • 16 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

  1. Tear bread into little pieces and place in a well greased 7’’x11" casserole.

  2. Beat eggs well.

  3. Melt butter and add to eggs.

  4. Add crushed pineapple and all the juice.

  5. Stir in rest of ingredients and mix well.

  6. Pour mixture over bread in casserole.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees for a 1/2 hour or until hot and bubbling.
