Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

Cream shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla

Combine dry ingredients and stir into cream mixture.

Reserve 3 tablespoons chips and stir the rest into the dough.

Shape into 12-14" round pizza pan

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate pieces on top

Mix sugar and water

Drizzle over cooled pizza to resemble cheese
