Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 1/2 oz crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ham

Directions

  1. Simmer sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly

  2. Boil and stir for 1 minute

  3. Place ham in pan and add 6 ounces of water

  4. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes per pound

  5. Remove half an hour before done

  6. Pour off drippings

  7. Score ham

  8. Pour on glaze and cook for an additional 30 minutes
