Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat lingune
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • deveined pre-cooked shrimp
  • garlic, minced
  • shallots
  • green peas, frozen

Directions

  1. Boil whole wheat linguine according to package directions. Drain. Toss in skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil, deveined pre-cooked shrimp, minced garlic and shallots, and frozen peas, cooking until shrimp and peas are heated through. Sprinkle with fresh basil
