Pineapple Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salad:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 20 oz. crushed
  • 8 oz cool whip

Directions

  1. Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and melted butter together.

  2. Pat in a 9” pie plate and bake 7 minutes at

  3. 400 degrees.

  4. Cool and crumble and put into a container or

  5. plastic bag until ready to serve.

  6. Prepare salad: Mix cool whip, cream cheese & sugar until well blended.

  7. Mix in drained pineapple.

  8. Refrigerate.

  9. When ready serve, add crumbled crust and blend into salad.
