Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sliced pumpernickel cocktail bread
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 8 ounces havarti cheese, sliced thin
  • chives

Directions

  1. Spread bread thinly with mustard.

  2. Top with cheese and shake chives over the top.

  3. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
