Honey Maid Gingerbread Mini Loaves

Ingredients

  • 18 Honey Maid Gingerbread Grahams, finely crushed (about 2 1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Add milk, egg, and honey; stir just until blended. Spon into 3 lightly greased 5 1/2 × 3 1/4 2-inch mini loaf pans.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely.

  4. Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over cooled loaves. Let stand until glaze is firm.
