Pan-Asian Swordfish

I happened across a demo table at Whole Foods a few weeks ago, they were advertising an organic marinade by way of free swordfish samples. After one bite, I was absolutely “hooked”.

Prep time: 120 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. uncooked swordfish
  • 1 bottle 365 Organic Pan Asian Marinade
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Cover bottom of glass baking dish with marinade

  2. Place swordfish in dish, pour enough marinade on top of swordfish to lightly cover top and sides. Add salt and pepper as desired.

  3. Cover top of dish with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for two hours

  4. Two hours later, drizzle bottom of pan with olive oil. Place pan on stove at medium heat.

  5. Place fish in pan, cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

  6. Once fish is cooked (should be white all the way through), place on plate, and drizzle pan leftovers on top.
