Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Madeira wine
  • soft cream cheese
  • Portabello mushrooms

Directions

  1. Cook Portabello

  2. mushrooms in butter and add wine

  3. Cook until juice is absorbed

  4. Blend in food processor and add softened cream cheese
