Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken breasts, (boneless, skinless) cut in half
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 lemon rind, grated
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 t Mrs Dash
  • 1 pkg dry knorr hollandaise sauce
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Put chicken in a baking dish. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the chicken.

  2. Cover the dish and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 3 hours.

  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
