Ingredients
- 4 lg. mcintosh apples cored
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4/ cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup instant oatmeal mix or rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 tbs. butter cut into pieces
- 2 ounces, 1/8 cup golden raisins, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 pint dulce de leche ice cream or other
- whipped cream
