Jeany’s Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Spread out potatoes in a pan
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano
  • Squeeze 1/2 lemon over potatoes
  • Place butter on top
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Add water and pour a little tomato sauce over the potatoes
  • Sprinkle generously with cheese
  • Before completely done, sprinkle with more cheese
