Orient Express Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart jar

  2. Shake well

  3. May be stored for 3 weeks

  4. Shake well before using
