Strawberry Trifle

good if made the night before in a big glass see-through bowl!

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 loaf size angel food cakes, torn in pieces
  • 2 pkgs. (small) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 pkgs. (small) strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 lb frozen strawberries

Directions

  1. Mix milk & instant pudding.

  2. Add ice cream & stir til mixed well.

  3. Mix jello with boiling water.

  4. Add frozen strawberries & stir until dissolved.

  5. Layer torn cake, pudding mixture, and jello mixture on top.

  6. Continue to top of bowl (usually three layers).

  7. Top layer should be jello mixture.

  8. Refrigerate and serve with whip cream.
