Spicy Cheeseburger Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 -3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages Velveeta Mexican cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a big non-stick skillet, cook the ground beef and garlic until the beef is no longer pink, stir frequently; drain.

  2. In a 4-quart slow cooker, add the ground beef mixture, cheese, and tomatoes; stir to mix.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or until the cheese is melted and mixture is well heated; stir after 2 hours.

  4. Add in the onions, stir to combine.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
