Garlic and Lime Chickpea Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Mince the garlic in a food processor.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley.

  3. Process until smooth.

  4. Pulse in the parsley.
