Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon flour


  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar, the cinnamon and one tablespoon of heavy cream. Let the sauce bubble for about a minute to ensure the brown sugar melts into the butter and cream. Remove from the heat, and whisk in the flour and remaining tablespoon of cream. Set side to cool.
