- For the garlic cream cheese mixture
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 4 to 5 slices smoked salmon, cut into small strips
- 1 large bag potato chips

Make the the garlic cream cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder; set aside.

Cut about 4 to 5 smoked salmon slices into small strips.

To assemble, arrange potato chips in a single layer on a serving plate. Top each piece with a dollop of the garlic cream mixture then a rolled strip of smoked salmon. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
