Hearty Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 small whole-wheat bagel
  • 3 egg whites
  • Sauteed mushrooms
  • 1-2 slices fresh tomato

Directions

  1. Mix the mushrooms into the egg whites in a pan over medium heat to create an omelette. Meanwhile, toast the bagel if desired.

  2. Place the omelette onto the bagel. Top with slices of tomato.
