Cheddar Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.

  2. Form into 6 equal-sized patties.

  3. Coat a Large skillet with cooking spray (Pam) and cook patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until juices run clear and no pink remains.

  4. Serve immediately.
