Peachy Pork Picante

  • 1 lb cubed pork loin
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 8-oz salsa
  • 4 T peach preserves


  1. Coat the cubed pork with the taco seasoning and fry a little in oil.

  2. Add salsa and peach preserves and cook for 15 minutes.

  3. Serve over rice.
