Belgian Endive with Curried Chutney Spread

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chutney of your choice
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp dried mustard

Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese in the food processor

  2. Add remaining ingredients minus the almonds for garnish and blend to break up chutney chunks.

  3. Chill until ready to pipe in endive points

  4. Garnish with toasted almonds
