Flounder Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pound flounder fillet
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato chunks - no salt added
  • 1/4 cup Tropical Fruit Salad - Fruit juice sweeten
  • Dash of Chili powder
  • Dash of Dried Red Pepper flakes
  • Splenda and Honey to taste
