Hot Cheese Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 8oz velveeta
  • 8oz sharp cheddar
  • 8oz monterey jack
  • 2 10oz frozen packages of chopped spinach
  • 8oz mild taco sauce (or salsa)
  • 4oz hot taco sauce (or salsa)
  • Taco chips

Directions

  1. Melt 3 cheeses in double boiler

  2. Cook spinach. Drain well.

  3. Add spinach and salsa to cheese.

  4. Put in casserole dish. Bake.

  5. Serve with taco chips
