Strawberry Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 1 c fat free strawberry yogurt
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/4 oz unsweetened gelatin
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 1/2 c sliced strawberries

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese till smooth.

  2. In sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup water.

  3. Allow to soften for 1 minute.

  4. Stir gelatin mix and remaining ½ cup water into cream cheese mixture.

  5. Fold in ½ cup sliced berries.

  6. Pour into crust.

  7. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night. Top with remaining berries.
