Soyburgers

Ingredients

  • 3 c cooked soybeans, drained
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/4 c nutritional yeast
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Chili powder

Directions

  1. Cook soybeans in pressure cooker or crockpot until very soft.

  2. Mash beans, add other ingredients.

  3. Mix with hands.

  4. Make patties.

  5. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
