Pine Nut Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asiago cheese
  • 6 teaspoon chopped pine nuts
  • 6 teaspoons chopped sage

Directions

  1. Shred asiago cheese.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Mound about 1 tablespoon of cheese on paper about 1 inch apart.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped pine nuts and sage.

  5. Bake at 425 until cheese is golden and the edges are slightly crisp, 8-10 minutes.

  6. Remove each crisp with a thin spatula.
