Pulled Pork

Cook time: 420 minutes
Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 1 6.5-7 pound pork shoulder or butt
  • 1 tbs mild chile powder
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion powder

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients. Rub all of pork with mixture generously.

  2. Cook in crock pot on high for 6-8 hours

  3. Shred when meat is very tender and falling apart.

  4. Add favorite bbq sauce and enjoy on your favorite buns.
