Cinderella’s Muffins

Low fat, fast and easy chocolate chip muffin recipe

Cook time: 18 minutes
Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix the pumpkin and water together

  2. Add the cake mix, stir well

  3. Add the chocolate chips to the batter

  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  5. Grease 2 muffin pans (12 muffins per pan)

  6. The batter will fill about 18 cups

  7. Pour Batter into the Muffin Pans

  8. Cook until golden. (about 18 minutes)

  9. Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

  10. You can freeze the muffins and save them for another day, just microwave for 30 seconds or till desired warmth.
