Chocolate Monkey Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. regular oats
  • 1 packet diet hot coca mix
  • 1/2 medium banana, mashed
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 no calorie Splenda
  • dash salt

Directions

  1. Pour cocoa mix into glass with cinnamon, sweetener and salt

  2. Add 1/4 c. hot water, and stir

  3. Once dissolved, add 1/4 c. cold water and stir.

  4. Place mixture in fridge to chill

  5. Combine with banana ad oats in bowl and mix well.

  6. Microwave for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes

  7. Stir and allow to cool and thicken
