Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. regular oats
  • 1/4 c. FF egg substitute
  • 2 TBSP flour
  • 2 TBSP FF vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp semi sweet mini choco. chips
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 no calorie Splenda
  • dash salt
  • 2 TBSP ready whip

Directions

  1. In small bowl, place all ingredients EXCEPT choco. chips, butter spray, Reddi whip and syrup.

  2. Add 2 TBSP of water and stir

  3. Fold in choco. chips

  4. Bring a pan sprayed nonstick to medium heat

  5. Evenly pour half of batter into center of pan to form 1 pancake.

  6. Flip when looks solid (1 1/2 min.)

  7. Cook other side

  8. Repeat with batter
