Grilled New Potatos

Ingredients

  • new red potato
  • pepper
  • sea salt
  • olive oil
  • thyme

Directions

  1. Boil, drain, let sit in colander for 5 mins to drain and become a bit cooler.

  2. Gently squish each potato with the palm of your hand.

  3. Brush with olive oil and put on the grill, brown on both sides

  4. The outside should be crispy and brown and the inside soft and creamy

  5. finish with fresh time, sea salt and pepper to taste
