Christina’s Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet potatos
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 melted butter (topping)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (topping)
  • 1 cup walnuts (topping)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients the night before (except topping) and keep in fridge overnight.

  2. Bake at 350˚ for 45-hour
