Salsa Rollups

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Directions

  1. Mix Neufchatel and salsa; spread onto tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients.

  2. Roll up tortillas tightly. Tightly wrap each roll up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.
