Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 15 cups popcorn
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda

Directions

  1. Heat sugar, butter, syrup, salt; stir occasionally until bubbly at the edge

  2. Cook 5 minutes and then don’t stir

  3. Remove from heat and add soda

  4. Stir on popcorn

  5. Cook in 13×9 pans at 200

  6. Stir every 15 minutes for an hour
