Brown Sugar Dijon Brie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 8 ounce brie
  • 1 loaf french baguette

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Coarsely chop 1/4 cup almonds

  3. Combine chopped almonds, sugar, and mustard

  4. Cut brie in half horizontally

  5. Place one half, cut side up, on stone

  6. Spread half of sugar mixture over this half

  7. Top with other half, cut side up

  8. Spread remaining sugar mixture on top

  9. Sprinkle with remaining almonds

  10. Cut baguette into 24 slices

  11. Arrange slices on stone and spray with oil

  12. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bread is golden brown and brie begins to soften

  13. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
