Cuban Grilled Corn

Serves 4 people

  • 4 ears corn, husks peeled back and silk discarded
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1/4 c grated cotija or asiago cheese
  • 1 t paprika
  • salt
  • lime wedges


  1. Char-grill corn over medium heat, about 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cheese, paprika and salt to taste. Serve with lime.
