S’mores Pie

  • 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 2 c chocolate pudding
  • 7.5 oz jar marshmallow creme


  1. Sprinkle half or crumbs on work surface, top with crust and cover with remaining crumbs; roll out 1/4 inch thick. Line 9 inch plate with crust and prick with fork; bake according to package. When cool, fill with pudding and freeze 15 minutes. Top with marshmallow creme and broil to brown top.
