Naan Bread

Cook time: 4 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Combine Flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl

  2. add melted butter, yogurt, and water and mix into a dough ball

  3. knead for 10 mins, until tacky but not sticky

  4. transfer to oiled bowl, coat doughball with oil, let rest for 2 hrs

  5. punch dough ball down, and divide into 4

  6. roll each into ball, let rest for 10 mins

  7. push each ball down into an oval, and roll out to 1/4" thick, and 8 " long.

  8. coat each side with oil, and place onto hot bbq grill, for ~ 90 secs per side.
