Cinnamon Raisin Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound loaf:
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup skim milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or 2 3/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1/4 teaspoons fast rising yeast
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients except raisins into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

  2. Insert pan into the oven chamber.

  3. Select Sweet Cycle.

  4. Add raisins at the “add ingredient” signal.

  5. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.

  6. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
