Chicken and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, torn
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 cups strawberries, quartered
  • 1/3 cup red onion, vertically sliced
  • 12 oz. rotisserie chicken, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. pecans, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • Raspberry Vinigerette salad dressing

Directions

  1. Combine romaine and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Place about 2 cups chicken mixture on each of 4 plates. Top each serving with 1 1/2 tsp. pecans and 2 tbsp. of cheese. Drizzle dressing over it.
