Quick Berry Milk Shake

Try substituting milk for vanilla yogurt
Fiber 1.6 grams
Protein- 3.9 grams

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups of ice cubes
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/3 cup of white sugar
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Fill the blender with icecubes, milk, sugar, berries and vanilla

  2. Blend until smooth
