Spicy Chicken and Rice

Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 - 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes with zesty mild green chilies
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 2 C Cooked Rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Place chicken in oven save baking dish

  3. Mix tomatoes and soup.

  4. Pour mixture over top of chicken.

  5. Bake in over 30 min or until chicken done.

  6. Serve over rice.
