Salmon tikka with cucumber yogurt

Ingredients

  • naan bread
  • 1 red chile
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 7 ounce salmon filets, scaled
  • 1 tbsp mild curry or tandoori paste
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. slice salmon filets and spoon tandoori paste onto them

  2. cook over high heat for 1 1/2 minutes each side

  3. add the mix of chile, chopped cucumber, lemon and yogurt onto the naan
